A: No, we do not sell our cabinets direct to consumers. Check our site for the retailers, websites, catalogs or dealers near you in the "Where to Buy" section. If you are a sewing dealer and would like to become an Arrow dealer please call us at 1-800-533-7347.

Q: Will my sewing machine fit in the cabinet?


A: Not all sewing machines or embroidery machines do fit, so to make sure review the opening dimensions of the cabinets listed here: For the 100 and 200 series cabinets they will accommodate sewing machine no bigger then 13 1/8" front to back, 19 ¼" wide and 13 1/8" tall. When measuring the tallness of your machine, make sure to measure from the thread spindle at the top of your machine all the way to the bottom. The base height for sewing in the flatbed position cannot exceed 3 1/8" tall. For the 300 and 400 series cabinets they will accommodate sewing machines no larger then 8 ½" front to back, 17 3/8" wide and 13 1/8" tall. For the 500 series12 9/16" front to back, 18 7/8" wide and 13 1/8" tall.

Q: Do the cabinets come fully assembled?


A: Unfortunately no, you will need to assemble the units using a hammer, screwdriver and some instances a wrench. All the cabinets come with a detailed manual and the pieces are individually labeled. Problems? Help is only a toll free call away, 1-800-533-7347.

Q: What is a Universal Insert?



A: This is a picture of a Universal Insert made to fit most machines.

Q: What is a Custom Insert?



A: Custom Insert: Plexi-glass piece made to the exact dimensions of the cabinet's opening and your specific sewing machine. The insert is used only in the flatbed position of the cabinet, which is the second or middle position on the airlift. Remove your accessory kit from the front of your machine to reveal your freearm. The insert fits around the freearm and center of your machine.

Q: Where are your cabinets made?


A: Our cabinets are no longer made in the United States, they are currently made overseas. Arrow's headquarters is located in Elkhorn, WI and employees 50 people. All product is warehoused and shipped from our facility in Wisconsin where our customer service, sales and marketing teams are located.

Q: What is the warranty on your product?


A: Our products have a one year warranty from the date of shipment for the manufacturer's defects and a 15 day warranty for any shipping damages. The warranty does not cover damage caused by abuse, mis-use, alteration, accident or neglect of the product. The warranty does not cover damage as a result of moving the cabinet fully loaded. Under the terms of this warranty the repair and replacement of any parts shall be at the discretion of the company or their designated representatives. Replacement Part Shipping Policy: To help protect our valuable resources, we ship all replacement parts out at the same time. This procedure lessens the use of packaging materials and fossil fuels used in transportation in order to reduce pollution. Please help us in this endeavor by reviewing ALL parts in ALL boxes for damage before calling or e-mailing us to report damage. We adhere to our environmental philosophy by only shipping replacement parts out 1 time for free. Future parts requests will be billed at the customer's expense.

Q: Do you have a showroom where I can look at the cabinets?


A: Our showroom is not open to the public and is by appointment only. Clients who do not make an appointment will be refused at the door. We suggest you view cabinets at your local dealer, our website lists dealers that have stock on their floor by Gold Star or Spotlight status. Call us 1-800-533-7347 for an appointment.
